The new strategy is intended to restructure IGM’s organisational focus around three key pillars: Customer centricity, Innovation and Sustainability.

According to IGM Resins, the new strategy is supposed "to strengthen the company's commitment as reliable, innovative solution provider, to become a purpose-led business partner driving the UV industry, and lead the transformation from a product driven solution provider to a sustainable and global market driven organisation focusing on the market segments: Printing & Packaging, Industrial Coatings & 3D printing, and Electronics & Adhesives".
